Jon was very kind, quick, and efficient! My pilot light went out on my water heater and I wasn’t able to get it back going, after many times of trying. At first I was annoyed that I felt like I wasted both of our time with such a quick call/issue, but it was still better than no resolve or having to replace my old water heater!
Jon C has been of service to us before and again he came through with flying colors. He used an auger and removed all the calcified build up which did the trick. Jon is so polite and professional and he gets the job done right.
Wow…Expert was at the house within two hours of my call. Keith W. presented a solution to the problem which was reasonable without any pushy tactics. Keith and his partner got the job done quickly with excellent results. Keith was friendly, professional and fun to talk to. Their magnet is on the fridge for any future plumbing needs.
