First, I would like to send a big shout out to the dispatcher, I believe her name is Christine, for her excellence in communicating with us via cell and text messages. When the plumber was heading to our home, she sent a text letting us know that he’s on his way. The text included a picture and name of the plumber that was coming over. My wife and I REALLY appreciated that. Once Keith W. showed up, by the way… GREAT GUY, I explained our situation and he handled everything very professional. I am very glad I chose Expert plumbing for work at my house. The team was great to work with and was very professional. Communication was great as they kept me well informed throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.
Keith W. did an excellent job! He was right on time and before arriving, texted me a picture of himself so i knew who to expect.
He carefully reviewed the water heater and provided me clear options to repair or replace. I decided to replace due to the age of the old one and the price was very fair (and lower than the other quotes I received).
