We recently worked with Pete and John and had a really fantastic experience. From the very beginning of the process through the completion of the project we were impressed with the high level of professionalism that their team brought to the table. They went above and beyond to proactively communicate with us along the way and worked hard to exceed expectations and drive a timely completion of our project. We bought our Spec Home from Pete and John and couldn't be happier. It was bought before completion , so we were able to customize a few things. They were always responsive and courteous to our needs. Would highly recommend !!!
When we met Pete and John, we knew we were a good fit to build our home together. Pete is local, has raised his family in town and he and John have pride in adding to the charm of Clarendon Hills/Hinsdale.They have built a relationship with contractors that are loyal and hard working. The building process never had delays and contractors were working on Sundays and holidays which kept the entire process painless and quick as possible. They can create anything you chose and are open to new ideas and are good problem solvers.
