Since moving to Cissna, my husband has always ordered my anniversary & Valentines flowers from here. They are always gorgeous! High quality flowers that are arranged so beautifully. The local delivery service is also a huge plus. The store itself is really fun to shop in. The owner and employees are so kind and helpful. The Christmas season is extra special! We both feel so fortunate to have this business in our small town.

Friendly staff. Have used many times to send my mother flowers on her birthday or Mother's Day and she has always been happy with the arrangements delivered. The store itself has cute clothes and decor for purchase and rotates inventory based on holidays. Worth a look through and reliable service.

We used Sheila's for our son's wedding recently. We live overseas and planned the flowers by email and a couple of phone calls. Sheila's was so friendly and helpful and the flowers were amazing! Absolutely perfect! Our new daughter in law was so thrilled because Sheila's was able to get a couple of special requests that were not easily accessible! Highly recommend Sheila's Sunny Bloomers!!!!
