Just know shipping is on the far left side- gps will take you to roll side which I was told manly is receiving side- there’s no signs that say receiving … check in is a bit wonky chock wheels turn engine off sit on these tiny seats next to office …

The Royal Group receiver had done the same job as their name. They open up at 4:30 am and I got offloaded by 4:45 am. The forklift guy had took out 7 rolls really fast. Trucks were parked outside the warehouse on the streets. Nice place highly recommended.
