I found Zen about 5 years ago after being disappointed by many salons. I moved out of the neighborhood and still trek back every month for my appointments. Ann and Qui are amazing, kind and thoughtful people. They do fantastic work, run on time and take care of their clients. I can’t recommend them enough!

Past review:Very kind, gentle and professional. Quality work.Recent review:As of recent, I have only had one bad experience during my pedicure service. I did not complain during my service but I did ask politely if someone else can do my pedicure but the nail tech decided that she will continue the service herself. I allowed her to do so because it wasn’t worth the anxiety of making a big deal of it since I would be getting another pedicure soon but she kept asking me throughout the service if my pedicure was ok and I said no. I cannot explain how incredible the service and quality is at Zenails. I have moved out of Lincoln park and will still travel the 30 minutes it takes to get to Zenails because nothing beats their service
