Top notch coaching & very supportive community. On top of that, just an incredible gym & space itself with great equipment that makes for a great environment to work out in. Having open gym sessions throughout all of the day is a great perk for when classes don't make sense/work.
I've been going here since December 2024 and it's been a game changer for my strength and mental health. Going to the gym is now one of the highlights of my day and I was able to do a 50 mile mountain trek in August which I would not have been able to do prior. Coaches are all super helpful, supportive, and the class structure motivates you to push your limits. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to improve their overall fitness level.
I accidentally signed up for this gym when I meant to go to another gym so I can't speak to the gym itself. But what I can say is definitely five-star communication very prompt with questions and help signing up. I was from out of town so I did really appreciate this
