Vladimir, the owner, was fantastic, start to finish. When we talked on the phone, he thoroughly explained his approach and was very knowledgeable. I felt at ease right away. He was available for additional questions I had later that day. I was able to book an appointment very quickly. when Vlad arrived, he took his time to explain all that he would be doing and what we needed to do once he was gone. We also booked the second appointment for 8 days later, which is included in the price of service. I received a detailed report after he left the house. There are a lot of bed bug specialists out there, and I’m so glad I chose this one. Vladimir was so flexible with my schedule and walked me through everything. I instantly felt confident in him, and he was super thorough. All in all he made a very stressful experience much easier.
