Had a great experience with getting alterations done at Willow Cleaners! The staff was all very kind. They have a fitting room to try on your clothing and then come out to get them pinned where you want it altered by the seamstress. The whole experience was very speedy, and both of my items (jeans and a dress) were completed in one week. The total came out to $50 only for both items!! All the staff were very kind too. Highly recommend!

Hands-down, the best cleaners and tailor in all of chicago. Not even just saying that- I've been too many tailors, especially in this area and Willow Cleaners is the only one that gave me a fair price and did an incredible job. I got quoted for a zipper replacement up on Armitage for almost $100 and Willow did it quickly and much much cheaper. Even the people that work there are incredible.. great service and great people. Take your dry cleaning and any of your tailor needs here - you won't go to another cleaners after you step in :)

Update; issue solved same day and respectfully. I'll be coming back! I will update this review if/when the issue is resolved. They lost four dress shirts that are substantially expensive. The owner seems understanding and cooperative, so I hope to have a positive update soon.
