West Loop Smile Studio has been my favorite dental practice for years, they have consistently provided top notch service with excellent results while also having a staff that are personable, kind, welcoming and friendly not just to me but to each other… they’re really a team! I never have to worry about who I’ll see when I have an appointment, all of the staff from the front desk receptionists, dental assistants, and dentists have gone above and beyond each and every time I’ve visited. They’re really funny too, and I don’t laugh easily! 🤣 In case it sounds like I’m full of hot air, I travel (by bus! an hour long commute!) all the way from west Humboldt Park to their location because it’s well worth the trip. I had a front tooth temporary crown put in and when it came out due to eating super chewy food (they told me not to but I didn’t listen) they fixed it right away without making me feel guilty for being a dope. Yesterday I had my permanent crown put in and I wasn’t worried at all about how it would look (it looks great! Impossible to notice it’s fake) or how it would feel/function (I don’t even notice the difference, feels totally natural). My regular teeth cleaning is coming up soon and I’m looking forward to it 🤣 I’ll add one last thing that’s negative so it doesn’t sound like I’m totally biased: their fancy coffee machine in the lobby doesn’t always work, so get your own fancy coffee beforehand or grab a caffeine fix from the 7-11 across the street. I couldn’t care less, no need for coffee breath during my appointment and I really shouldn’t have coffee late in the day, it’s just all I could come up with that isn’t positive (you can tell I struggled to think of something). If that’s a dealbreaker for you then I think you’re just looking for an excuse not to see your dentist! Thanks to all the staff for being kind and helpful! Their team rocks!

I found my new dentist. My partner and I went for the first time and we had a very positive experience. The staff is friendly, approachable and engaging. We didn't have to wait to be seen and we were out quickly. The atmosphere is inviting and very comfortable. It is very different than what I'm used to and I'm grateful.
