Chris won't suck up to you, but that's not his job-his job is to accurately assess damage and repair it to most shoes, boots, and other similar materials-each time I left I have been happy with his service. If there's a mistake he's quick to rectify it, and his rates are close to the best for their quality.
Instead of throwing out an old favorite pair that cost me $40 10 years ago, Chris saved me $90 to replace them for a reasonable fee.

His shoe repairs are done well and priced fairly. I had heels replaced on a pair of pumps. The repair was finished as promised. Chris is upfront, honest and matter of fact, which some people (possibly) misinterpret as rude. His passion is to repair shoes not to be your best friend =)
I’ve been Chris’s customer for many many years. He has serviced the community even longer. Shoe repair shops like Chris’s are far and few. It will be a sad day when he retires.
