WayFinder Logistics provides great service and effective communication. The company is responsive to customer concerns, going above and beyond to resolve issues. Employees, such as Ben Bowyer, are proactive in addressing problems and taking steps to ensure customer satisfaction. This level of accountability and commitment to customer service makes WayFinder Logistics a reliable choice for customers.
Our driver was delayed at the shipper for 7 hours. We notified the rep who we booked the load with ( Xavier ) in real-time as our driver was on-site, submitted the claim for detention including GPS records, and followed up for 2 weeks via email. All attempts to contact the broker went ignored. Once we were able to get through over the phone, we were told they were not going to honor the detention pay. We won't use again....be careful if you decide to.
