Major breakthrough! I have been trying my best to care for my husband for almost 2 years. This past few months have been more than I could handle and had tried several caretaking companies with no luck. I reached out to Water Tower Nursing and the owner said something to me that was life changing. Mark explained that I am the wife of the relationship. I don’t try to be our attorney, dentist or doctor so why would I try to be the caretaker. When I explained our need for help to my husband in this manner he was completely understanding and in just hours we were the loving couple that we had been for almost 20 years before the return of his cancer.
Extremely happy with services provided by Water Tower Nursing and Home Care. Mark was so helpful and pleasant answering questions and guiding me thru the process of what services they provide in regards to having caregiver accompany me after surgery, and home care after surgery. Everything went perfect, I highly recommend them. My caregiver was right on time, took immediate charge from surgical recovery area, getting instructions from surgery nursing staff, to our transpiration back to my home. She was wonderful, very personable and polite and caring, was almost like having a good friend there with you and accompanying you home. Thank you again, and will definitely recommend and use in future should need arise.
In March of 2016 I had spinal reconstruction surgery. When I left the hospital I required 24/7 care and was referred to Water Tower Nursing and Home Care. When I spoke to them they said the only people that they send are people they would want taking care of their own family. This gave me great confidence and turned out to be absolutely true. All the people that came to cover the initial 2 12 hour shifts were wonderful. They were very professional, cheerful, and caring. As I recovered, I needed less home health care until finally one of the people came several days a week to get me through the rehab. She was very special and became a close member of the family and took me through to the finish line. There is no question that my recovery and journey to get there happened at such a fast and complete rate because of the caregivers Water Tower had provided. I would not hesitate for one moment to recommend them. -Elliot Fineman Chicago, IL 606010
