Went today for an exam exams and glasses. A casicuan gentlemen with helped me with paperwork. He was EXTREMELY nice! He even helped me choose a pair of glasses that were fully covered by my health insurance. The actual optometrist that did the exams was just alright. She wasn't exactly the nicest, but she wasn't rude. The guy at the front more than made up for it. I will update this review after I pick up just glasses next week
This place is the bomb dot com! Ann Marie, you’re amazing, have nothing but respect for you. I came in today to see if I could get my glasses fixed. Recently got assaulted and my frames legs were damaged during the attack. I told Ann what happened and she was kind enough to check them out. Even more sweet enough to literally try her absolute best in fixing them to nearly back how it was. She took her time, was kind to ask what happened, and overall a gentle, kind woman. A true angel in disguise. She did not have to spend over ten minutes on my glasses but she did. No one was around, it was not busy, so she took it upon herself to try. Thank you, Ann! My experience at this eye care, the staff was a nice, helpful woman who show me what I was getting, What to expect & when I was going to receive my glasses, Very patient with me, & another customer all by herself. I was in there 12-12-2022 Putting in a prescription. Five goes out to her *****
