They stopped paying employees who were taking care of our property and never told us. They still owe us money for the last rental but aren’t responding. We canceled our contract due to violation but they refuse to cancel existing bookings, despite us warning we changed the locks. Vrbo won’t let us unlist our property ourselves, despite proving it is ours multiple ways, so ultimately their property management group is holding our property hostage and trying to allow people to enter illegally to make more money off of us, with no evidence they will pay us (or their employees).

This place has roaches on top of roaches and refuse to treat the entire building they do one unit at a time which helps nothing

This place is great if your on a budget. Heat and most of the utilities are paid for with the exception of electricity, internet and if you choose cable TV. The building Manager offers parking along side of the building for an additional small fee per month. The building offers washers and dryers at an excellent deal in today’s economy. The property maintenance guy is quick to take care of your apartment needs. You can get good cheap internet from RCN, or if you prefer to you can have Comcast or even AT&T U-verse Internet with TV.
