Long story short:
My BF and I have found a place, we were supposed to move in on Oct. 15th, the owner has promised that all the cleaning and work would be done by the time of our move in day etc. Mrs. Florentina Petcov has helped us a bunch with application, fees and all the ppwk that needed to be filled prior us moving in.
