I've been using UP since my pup was 8/9 months old, so about 5 months now. I can confidently say he might like the staff more than us. The staff is incredibly nice, and always quick to share any feedback from the day. Even when we took a hiatus at no fault of UP, the handlers recognized us at the dog park a few times and I've never seen my dog (who has has pretty bad stranger danger) RUN to go say hi, especially his best friend Edgar.I don't find the facility to be anything special, no cameras or anything and I'm perfectly okay with that. Always love whenever we get to take our pup to Urban Paws! We've been using their walking services for over a year and also love the day care. Adriana is our go to walker and has been nothing but fantastic! We've also loved dropping him off at day care, easy booking process and he always comes back so happy. Marisol has even helped us with in-home boarding which is great for when we go out of town. Love having a place like Urban Paws for our dog!

I walk my pupper Tito past this place nearly every day and I noticed they have a water-bowl filled and available for passing dogs, so thoughtful!So, when I was looking for someone to watch Tito while I'm away on trips, I was happy to see that Urban Paws has a special boarding program. I hope they can continue this program as they have some special individuals that will be able to house sit with your dog for an extended stay and care for them!Just set up your place like an Air BnB for the associate and your dog will LOVE that they get to stay in a familiar place [and maybe even cuddle attention] instead of a kennel.
