Came in to find out about getting a skirt fitted, and ended up having way too much fun chatting with Korri! I'm really excited to see what they do with the material I brought in, and I love that they work with various community programs, like a clothing swap that we look forward to donating into! I had an incredible experience at Uncommon Closet. I had two dresses altered for my wedding and their tailoring is impeccable (they were familiar with my dress designer too). They also were so affirming and interested in how I felt in the dresses/how I wanted to feel rather than imposing any preconceived norms onto me - they didn’t hesitate when I wanted the molded cups removed, for example. Their scheduling and communication could not have been easier and their pricing is so reasonable. Truly couldn’t have had a better experience and would recommend them for any tailoring need!
