One of my favorite mom and pop (literally!) shops in Chicago! Liz and Paul have always shown excellent customer service and professionalism with their business. They have helped me in a fashion emergency when I needed dry-cleaning for a last-minute job interview; Liz and Paul went above and beyond to help me. They even helped me with a late drop-off today (10am was the cut-off for next-day pick-up; my mistake thinking 10:30am). Luckily, their guy Johnny was still around, and Liz made it happen for me.
