How’s security gonna tell someone to lower their device down which isn’t loud but her friend pulls up and having loud as conversations just like you wasn’t trying to hear my video I’m watching which it was sent load but you wanna have louder conversation that just ignorant and typical behavior or typical people
Let me start by saying Amiko Gomez is the best Physician Assistant I've ever seen, I love how she's so compassionate with people and to how you're health is. The front desk on the other hand need to enforce the same mandatory mask to everyone not just who they feel like telling. I came to drop off my handi cap placard renewal paper and she told us to grab a mask , due to it being mandatory, but I turn amd see 3 people without mask, then others walking from back to leave and yet again no mask. Even a nurses daughter back there no mask. Be consistent with everyone
I have been here a few times, the staff is great. They are understaffed but they get the job done. Security guard who is provided by an outside service not UIC could use some retraining in customer service.
