UI Health Urgent Care at Mile Square

Wow. Never been to an urgent care where they could not draw blood. Not too long of a wait but could not do anything without a blood draw. So wasted an hour and $$ here. IMO if it’s not urgent, this is the place.

I was on medical leave thru my job,and it was time for me to return to work, but I needed my fmla forms filled out. Unfortunately UIC/Urgent care doesn't feel out return to work forms. I spoke to the head nurse, she said their doctors won't sign my paperwork to return to work. Frustrating set in, and a young Lady by the name of Britney, came over to speak to me. She said, I will get you an appointment for your doctor who can feel your paperwork out,and on top of that. She got me an appointment to my doctor the same day. I was so happy. I HAD A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE AT UIC URGENT CARE, FROM THE MOMENT I WALKED IN THE FRONT DOOR EVERYONE WAS EXTREMELY PATIENT AND KIND, KIM THE TRIAGE NURSE WAS GREAT DR. ESPERANZA AWAS VERY VERY PATIENT AND PROFESSIONAL THANK YOU ALL
