Jen and her team did an incredible job selling our single family home in Chicago's Roscoe Village neighborhood. It really couldn't have gone more smoothly. In addition to expertly handling the marketing process (we had an offer at asking within several days of it being listed), Jen went above and beyond to help us prepare the property for sale since we had already moved out of town. We highly recommend Jen to anyone looking for a real estate agent, and are very grateful for all of her knowledge and effort which were instrumental in helping us to achieve such a great outcome.

I really can't recommend Jen enough as a resource for homebuyers, first-time buyers especially! Jen provided critical guidance at all stages of the process - from her free condo buying seminar to really listening during our initial intake, helping us navigate a tense and competitive offer landscape to dealing with a lower-than-needed appraisal, Jen was the cool head that saved the day so many times. My wife and I were constantly saying "thank goodness for Jen!!" to ourselves over the course of our quick contract-to-close window. Jen and her team are amazing, as they helped me find a new place quickly and helped me navigate through some challenges with the seller, and also has a great contact book for every part of the buying and closing process.
