I called on phone I was told my cut would be 64.00 and the cut was nothing like I wanted,it was suppose to be Below the Ear . It was cut above the ear and the style was nothing like the picture . I was told by the young lady she could do the cut . They over charged me and when told tje women did care 75.00 plus tip .I have sent several ppl here in the past . They let me know the other place closed and was conbined to this location 3049 N. Milwakee.

I first went to Twisted Scissors when a friend got a haircut with very unusual bold texture and I asked her who cut it. I had long hair (mid-back length) and was tired of it. So I went to Jess—and for the first time in my life got a short haircut that actually worked! Over the years, I've had Jess experiment with asymmetry, layers, all kinds of requests... I consulted with Amber about transitioning from a brunette with highlights and lowlights to embracing the aggressive Silver. In my case she advised that stripping the hair and going grey/silver could be harsh on the texture of my hair. She recommended that highlighting and blending would be the first step in the process. I made an appointment and looked forward to starting the process with her guidance; Amber did not disappoint. She worked her magic methodically including a sweet razor cut that enhanced the whole look.
