honestly, im not sure if i got lucky, but i had a wonderful experience. i always call ahead and make appointments etc,. walk ins aren’t my thing. I came in a few minutes earlier than my appointment time was taken care of, took my exam for glasses and contacts, purchases my contacts and got a call to pick them up a few days after! everyone was so kind to me!
just be kind to people and they’ll be kind back, and if they aren’t, everyone is entitled to have a bad day. you don’t have to let it affect you. there are good people at this location. ?

Terrible service, they charged me more and I didn't realize it at the time, I called and they said they would get in touch and nothing and when I went they were rude and didn't give me my money back and only offered me a half bonus as if I wanted to return

I had a prescription done here years ago and recently went back but the receptionist had the worst customer service I had ever experienced. She was extremely rude and unwelcoming. I was already weary because of previous reviews and I can confirm this is not the place to go. I had no choice but to try a new place where it turns out my prescription done here was incorrect. I would rate this place 0 stars if I could.
