DO NOT FIX YOUR COATS WITH THIS PLACE. Brought in my winter jacket for a cleaning and a new zipper. The zipper that got put in was defective and stopped working after a couple days. When I came back to get it replace he tried charging me 20 dollars again and acted as it wasn't his fault. Rude and unprofessional.

Ruined my coat - I dropped off my favorite cream, brushed cotton overcoat to have a stain on the sleeve removed and for a general freshen up. I made the mistake of pre-paying the $28 fee. When I picked it up, there were large grey stains on the back and inner lining. The owner tried to say they were there when I dropped them off (they weren’t). Even worse, they decided to shave the brushed cotton, which DESTROYED the fabric. The whole coat went from smooth to heinously bobbled. The fabric was also greasy to the touch, like it had been dipped it in chemicals and dried. I have never seen anything like it! errible, terrible service. The man that runs it is down right mean and rude. They ruined a fur collar coat in Sept '23. He said he'd replace the fur collar no charge (obviously that is the right thing) and to give him time to find a fur (when I know the old fur vault there has plenty). Over the next 5 MONTHS I went in 3-4 times to check on the progress. All conversations were cordial. Around the third time he finally brought out some furs from the vault (I figured he had them all along) to select from. We settled on one and he told me he'd send it out to be done.
