I've been trying to sign my lease for Haven Woodridge for the past couple of days but need the information of my pet changed due to her being an ESA. At first the manager was helping us and taking our calls but then this past Tuesday he completely disappeared off the face of the earth, even disconnecting their phone number. I have gotten zero help from this company no one has responded to any of the multiple emails I have sent and every time I call I get transferred to an off site call center who don't do anything. No one should live here it’s absolute scam we signed a lease for 6 months with them and they sent as the offer to rent with 6 months and then change it on the lease to 15 month lease and now when we wanted to leave after our lease end they ask us to pay $3500 to leave we’ve been trying to talk to any one from the mangement for a week now and no one answer the calls or emails they are scamming people it’s the worst experience from all the places I stayed at in the us
