USPS API changed doubled the rates on our customers. In less than 16 hours (and that much because of the all the passwords I had to reset took time on my end) TM had an extension to fetch live, accurate rates. Was seriously considering abandoning Magento for a canned provider like Shopify but Branden and guys at TM have paused my decision. Reasonable price and did the work over the phone - from the USA! I'd give 6 stars but I'd have to knock it back to 5 because they are based in Chicago and have deep dish pizza. NY pizza Rules! Thanks again!
