Doctors and medical team are good. Billing and FO terrible. Billing just Doesn't respond and calling to get an appt is an ordeal every time. Checking in online every time is required and Extremely repetitive with the new system. I had to come weekly for a bit and doing the same check in with All of my history questions got old Very fast. Administration needs ALOT of work.Also- $50 copay every time I have to come in and just get a lab draw (hcg only)?

I like my doctor but their wait times are just too long. After my annual had to get an ultrasound and couldn't schedule an ultrasound with a doctor review appointment until 2 months later. Then at the ultrasound they were supposed to schedule them back to back and the appointment took 2 hours. Cannot deal with this anymore, have had long appointments/ wait times every time I've been here. Now I remember why I switched gynos 3 years ago

I've been a patient for the last 5 years and overall feel the medical care I've received has been high quality. The operations are incredibly poorly run though. Examples include having a billing issue and leaving dozens of messages with the billing manager and practice operations manager, with 0 response. They acknowledged their error in billing, but then refused to communicate further on the topic or resolve it. I was also given another patients tests results in error, which is a serious HIPAA violation. Overall, the terrible operations result in tons of time and energy wasted for patients.
