The Women's Group of Northwestern provides an exceptional patient experience. The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive to individual needs. Patients appreciate the transparency of policies and the ease of working with the billing department. The Nurse Practitioners are informative and supportive, and even medical students are polite and relatable. One standout provider, Dr. Jordan Sheran, is praised for her exceptional care, prompt follow-up, and caring demeanor. Long-time patients, including those who have had their children delivered by the practice, report consistently positive experiences with minimal issues and prompt responses to concerns.
I’ve now seen Dr. Lui twice, and she’s quite delightful! She is down to earth, has a sense of humor and wonderful bedside manner. I had some postmenopausal issues and she has been super thorough and reassuring. I’m pretty happy to have been matched with her. :)
Dr Murthy never mentioned I needed to get 28 week labs before leaving my appointment. I received a call today from WGON asking me to return the day after to get the missed labs. She seemed to rush through the appointment so I’m not surprised this was missed. When I asked questions her answers were a bit brisk. She was maybe in the room with us for 8 minutes total. Would hope for a bit more thoroughness, warmth and patience from someone who will potentially deliver my baby.
Words can’t express the gratitude me and my family have for Dr. Sheran. She’s brilliant, compassionate, and truly makes you feel like a partner in your own care, deeply committed to prioritizing your choice and what you feel is best for your body…but also will guide you when you don’t know what to do. Her treatments and suggestions are science-supported and evidence-based-she knows the literature like she knows the back of her hand.
