I've been getting my hair cut here by Larissa for going on two years now, and I can't see myself wanting to switch any time soon. She nails every cut, and has always been super friendly and made me feel welcome in her chair. The shop itself is gorgeous, and while I haven't personally gone to any of the other barbers, they always create a great atmosphere to be in, and I've seen their clients walk out with fantastic cuts as well. Definitely appreciative to have The Public Barber in Uptown!

Best barber shop in the area. I’ve seen Michael here several times now and he’s great. The space is clean and inviting. Two things to note is that they are cash only and at $60 for a haircut are on the upper end of what I’m used to paying. But it’s worth it based on their skill level.

Michael, the owner, has been my barber for 6 years now, and there’s a reason I keep going back! Everyone there is very friendly and skillful at cutting hair, and best of all they know how to work with your head shape to give you a cut that leaves you feeling polished and well-groomed. Great place to go if you want a nice haircut before an event like a job interview or nice party.
