The staff is very warm, friendly, and welcoming. Clients report exceptional services from very experienced stylists and a knowledgeable, professional aesthetician. Services like haircuts, Botnia facials, and brow lamination are noted for providing a relaxing, peaceful, and comfortable experience, with step-by-step explanations that put clients at ease. Results receive high praise, with clients loving their hair and being obsessed with brows that look full, lifted, perfectly shaped, soft, and natural, often leading to plans to return.

The place is beautifully decorated. So warm and welcoming. Katherine is fabulous!! My eyebrows look wonderful!! She also tinted them to match my hair color. Katherine is a perfectionist. You won't be disappointed if you go see her.
