I'm very grateful to the folks at the Movement Guild! I was referred to them by a neurologist after having some mysterious neck pain and dizziness issues and they have been enormously helpful in better understanding and working to improve those issues. They have been easy and flexible to work and schedule with and at least with insurance very affordable too!

The Movement Guild is an incredible space for healing, rejuvenation and fitness! I started seeing Jessica for therapeutic massage as the result of some injuries and then into pregnancy, and she has really made a huge difference in how I feel! She has helped relieve years of tension and made the stresses of existing injuries so much better. I am excited (when I am able, per the aforementioned pregnancy) to get into more of their offerings!

I had a great experience here. I want to the movement guild for about eight sessions. I appreciate Julia’s and Adam’s evaluation and guidance. Plus great music trivia! Very open to thinking broadly about what could help me, and I really appreciate that!
