had a tremendous experience with the door store, and in particular their installer scott. he worked all day to get three total doors installed, and even helped me fix an issue with a fourth door inside my house that wouldn’t shut. he went above and beyond in more ways than one, and was funny, kind and thoughtful throughout the entire experience. a couple of my neighbors even asked for his business card when they saw the level of work he was doing. i didn’t know i cared this much about doors until now - where i’m sitting here with my new ones and looking at the skill of the craftsmanship and beauty of the designs up close. thank you door store team!
I've driven by this place for many years and decided to use them to install a new entrance door to my 108 year old house in historic Bronzeville. Scott was the installer. I am so very happy with my new door. Scott did an amazing job. He took his time and did it right. The door is beautiful and the installation perfect. The added plus is that Scott is a nice person. Thank you to The Door Store that I can enjoy my new door and home for many years to come.
