Sam is the best. The entire staff. I love this place and every single person that asks I recommend. Straight out of the old country. Espresso when you get there and the cut is great. Better price than anywhere in the area.

Civic Opera Barbershop in Chicago is fantastic. This is a true traditional barbershop with barbers who have decades of experience. Sam, who has 53 years of experience, does an outstanding job every time I sit in his chair. He knows my hair type and what looks best, which makes the experience easy and consistent.

There are no frills like many of the newer places, just great haircuts from professionals who clearly know what they are doing. It is refreshing to find a place that focuses on quality and craftsmanship.

I would highly recommend Civic Opera Barbershop to anyone looking for a consistently great haircut. These guys are great.
