Great cuts, great conversation!
Update: My last review was about 3 years ago and I've been going here for almost 8 years now. I go out of my way to go here instead of the shops a short walk from me. I always love talking to Greg and getting a fresh haircut. The guys in the shop are friendly and welcoming. They know what they're doing!
Recently, my partner started chemo for a stage IV cancer diagnosis. While not unexpected, it did come a bit sooner than anticipated - his hair falling out in clumps. I called Friday to set up a head shave and they shared that unfortunately they do not do straight razor head shaves on the weekends due to the number of children they serve - which makes a ton of sense! Though he heard me out and had us come in - Joshua immediately sat my husband down and started to take care of him. He was quiet, allowing my husband to grieve, but always shared what he was doing and why so as not to startle or draw concern. An old school barbershop without the old school barbers. The barbers are like brothers with regular banter around the room. I've been coming here for a few years after my previous barber moved to the suburbs. I'm always happy with my cuts.
