This was a fantastic massage and experience overall. The massage itself was great, but what really helped my muscle pain was the assisted stretching. Other bonuses: 1) they accept SpaFinder gift cards, 2) they are open late, 3) clean, quiet environment. Highly recommend and I will absolutely be back (probably for 90' next time)!
I'd been struggling with a complex leg cramp from running for about 2 weeks and I couldn't seem to stretch it effectively on my own. I saw Nida today, who was able to find the different knots and problem points that I believe have been causing the issue. She did a great job! Thank you Nida!
