When I got into contact with him he responded in a timely manner, I was able to get same day service and he fixed the problem within maybe an hour. Great guy, knows his stuff, fair pricing.

Great, fast repair! Terrell even added an extra rim to my laptop, and the whole thing took less than an hour. I definitely recommend coming to him—he’s friendly and a really nice guy.

I can not complain at all A+++. ..had a friend in need of replacing the internal hard from 500 to 1 terabyte and os from windows 7 to 11....dropped off one late evening....and picked it up the next morning......excellent.... read full review
