This is the third time we have rented from Tent R Us. Very professional & on time. The best price around for a 20x20 tent. The tent once again saved my party from hot Sun. Withheld the crazy storm early Sunday morning. Will definitely use again & recommend them to others.

Very rude and poor customer service. He promised something that he did not deliver and lied saying that he never promised it. I sent him a screenshot of the text conversation where he included it and he said "oh well i dont have it" on the date of my event. Zero stars
