I LOVE Tego Nails! It is in my neighborhood and even if it weren't, I would go out of my way to come here. The family who owns it really cares about their customers and are very thoughtful. Yen and Toni always manage to fit me into their schedule and are efficient with their time. I've been coming regularly for about three years and always get powder dip manicures and gel pedicures. My manicures last forever and their color selection is huge for the powder dip as well as the gel polish. I'm very picky about the shape of my nails and they do such a good job making them even, perfect little almonds. LONG OVERDUE REVIEW! I've been coming here for..I think threeish years now. I moved out of the neighborhood this year and still come here. Everyone is so sweet, they take their time, and the work they do is great. They go above and beyond to care for you...I had a broken arm and they still managed to give me a mani; I came here for my wedding nails, and they found the shade I was wearing when my husband proposed; I wanted some nail art last minute, and Toni managed to squeeze it in. Also VERY clean (so important) and my no-chip manis last like, at LEAST 3 weeks. They deserve all the success in the world!
After I got back from Spring Break my original nail place was too busy to squeeze me in, and I needed a repair bad before I went back to work. I called and I was booked. They were already busy but they squeezed me right in. Yen…is the sweetest nail tech I have ever worked with and she took her time. She made sure my nails were right and shaped. I came back today and as soon as I sat in her chair she remembered everything I told her my last visit and made me feel seen. This is my place now.
They take their time. Don’t expect fast service.
