Filed my taxes there. They made a huge dollar mistake and now I owe the irs. And all there offering is my filing fee back. What does that help. Now I owe 4000 dollars back to irs

made a HUGE mistake on my son's taxes and will not stand behind their work

I paid these people to do my taxes and they didnt file paperwork that I specifically asked them to file so now I'm having trouble receiving my refund. also they have terrible customer service when you point out a mistake they made . very unprofessional. will never use again
