Talked with Cristina on the phone, she was very pleasant and helpful. Kurt came out and worked on the rolling shutters. He's knowledgeable, fixed the issue and very nice to deal with.
I called Taurus at about 8:30 am and Kurt and his partner were here in about 30min. They were very polite, professional and got the job done in under 15 min. My shutter had come off track. I've used them on a few occasions and 100% recommended them.
