I have been coming here for about 5 years now and I have never had a negative experience. I have had to cancel a few times and they are reasonable about not charging you a fee if given enough notice. Meg has been my go to for years. $50, worth it in my opinion they shampoo you which feels nice and then put a hot towel on your face.
