This facility is full of people that care a lot. As someone that recently had a family member go here, the attention we get and genuine concern for my family member's wellbeing is second to none. The Administration is always friendly, and the nursing staff really provide excellent care. We are very impressed!
This place is horrible once again I'm here and her medication is left on the night stand. I really don't see the point of calling the state because they're not doing anything either. But trust me I will complain until this place is closed or they give proper training to the staff. The staff have the nerve to have an attitude when I complain then they need to get it together, because if I see something I'm going to say something because it's so many people here that don't have family to spend up for them... it's so sad. Trust me I'm working on getting her out..
How could a facility be okay with this that building needs to be torn down straight disgusting I would post the video and pics of the roach infested place all over the food and more
