Stylist: Alma is a very good stylist and also friendly. BUT your website is terrible! You can not access it to make an appointment until 9 a.m. on the day you want the service. Also, when booking two appointments only one time slot showed up at the location. Please work on your website to make it user friendly as well as convenient for the stylist and customer!

Hair type: My stylist Evone does a great job of listening to my request for a style. She evaluates my hair and cuts MY hair. That is very different from 'a haircut'. I am very pleased with this chain because if this stylist.

Fix the website, I want to be able to choose my stylist, date and time. Like it used to be. This B's About being next in line with what ever stylist is available. I'm trying to use my Supercuts Select and I'm now getting less care!!!!
