From the scheduling team — Dee Dee and Joanne — who were kind, efficient, and accommodating, to the service technicians, Darrell and Pete, who were professional, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable, every step was top-notch.

They are a very honest company. This review is like almost a year late but I had trouble with my LG Refrigerator (Jul 2024) and had no warranty. But Pete was able to do some diagnostic and run some codes and he found out that the actual part I needed the compressor had a warranty on the part. So I was able to call LG and they fixed it for free. Yea I had to pay a service fee but Pete was a true professional and very reliable. Thank you!
