It took them four times to get lipstick stain out of my dress; some of which did not come out completely. Every time the dress came back they missed a spot and had to resend it to the cleaners again. Each time it was a 2-3 days wait. They lack communication and the manager-(I forgot her first name) khan, was rude. She ended up giving me a discount after the many attempts. It was my first time there and probably the last from all the dissatisfaction. On the other hand, the young man at the desk is very pleasant and accommodating.
