Beautiful studio with expert instructors. Complete suite of Pilates and Gyrotonic equipment. Was looking for a studio that meets my vibe and this is it. Great location and variety of class times. Rare find.

I’ve taken both mat and reformer pilates with Michelle and I must say, she’s one of the most personable instructors in the field. Her attention to detail and accommodating nature makes the experience all in all super comfortable. She’s well-versed with years of experience and explains each move with great insight.
I was also impressed by the central location Studio Fala is located in and the rustic/homey vibe of the studio itself.
