My guided stretches were all very good, and I'm so sorry I don't remember everyone's names. Each appointment I had was catered to my exact needs down to the target area of tightness and comfort level.
Carrie, the manager is the superhero here though. Due to unforeseen work and travel obligations, I couldn't fulfill the monthly appointments I paid for. She was so kind to extend the deadline so I could use the sessions at a more convenient time. I was so grateful not to lose that money just because I couldn't juggle my crazy schedule. Thanks again for that!

I go here weekly to see Hannah and she does an amazing job. I started going here to help care for my body during a yoga competition preparation and it has helped to increase my flexibility and ease stiffness from training.

My husband and I have been to stretch lab Old Town and few times now and we love the experience. He sees Nick and I see Mia and they are both wonderful. We feel so much better after our visit. The facility is very clean and friendly. We will definitely be back!
