Finally I found what my workout routine has been missing by taking Stretch Chi group classes. Previously I was stretched by my trainer with assisted static stretching and I even tried Streto method at Massage Envy but the results weren't there for me. Since May I added a class session weekly to my fitness routine. During the group class problem areas are identified and addressed during the session by the Carrie Collins, the instructor. I have found that I maintain the benefit and results last. In the KiHara method I have learned to do Resistance self stretching which is like nothing I have done before.
