I had mixed feelings about writing this review, but after reading through many of them, it became evident that my experience may help someone else with deciding whether or not to seek dental services with this office.
I originally thought my experience was isolated, and paid it no mind. But apparently, I'm not the only client that continues to call this office hoping to speak with someone. I leave messages to set up appointments but no one EVER returns the call. I know Covid had an impact of staffing but it's been long enough for that to have been resolved so that the receptionist can focus on the front desk instead of also assisting in the exam rooms.

I have been seeing Dr. Morris and his staff for 28 years. They work with you from the start. Accommodating with your schedule, billing, and any questions on any dental procedures. Professional and kind! I drive 47 miles one way because I think they are all great!

Dr. Morris AND STAFF are the best!!!! Last couple of posts from disgruntled clients should be disregarded, cleanings are 6 months apart( would know this if you REALLY did take care of your teeth)! And the foul language from the cleaning guy and some of his posts for other great businesses just reflects his terrible attitude.
