Outstanding customer service at their 4230 N Normandy office. I returned a Jensen cassette recorder because it didn't operate out of the box and Spectra replaced it on the spot. Super-nice office staff and quick service. For anyone in Chicago who needs to return a Jensen product, go to the N Normandy office!

I have seen some negative comments and cannot let it go without a reply. Spectra Merchandising has been in business for 40+ years. I have worked for Spectra for 35 of those years and most of our employees have been with the company for over 10 years. From my experience with the company, we follow strict guidelines when it comes to the quality of our products and actually all of our policies. Spectra is known in our marketplace for having first class customer service. Spectra has also gotten numerous customer awards and a published A+ rating by the Better Business Bureau for many years
