I attended my first sound spa at the Old Laverton School and it was wonderfully relaxing. It was a full body immersive experience, with sounds, smells & vibrations felt throughout my body. The instructor Giovanna was fantastic and has a real passion for this, she used a full set of singing bowls, gongs, chimes & ocean drum. Everything was supplied so I just needed to turn up, including thick comfortable mat, head pillow, large pillow for under your knees, blanket & even a lovely little crystal to help focus the sound and energy. I would highly recommend this and I will definitely be back again.
